The occasion for this special evening is a membership drive and meeting which we encourage you to attend. Check in starts at 5:30pm, a brief meeting will occur at 6:00 pm and the ship sails promptly at 7:00pm. During the meeting, you will hear what our friends at StarLite have been up to, about the Bay Area Concierge Association and then have the opportunity to win some amazing prizes, so bring your business cards! 1. Parking is a challenge on Clearwater Beach and is limited and can be especially challenging at the Marina. It is a good idea to either carpool or better yet, use other means of transportation to get here. Below is Marina Parking information and alternative FREE PARKING and helpful transportation suggestions to help get you to and from the ship, from the parking lots outside of parking at the Clearwater Marina.

Marina Parking: Limited availability on a first-come, first-served basis, parking is available at the Clearwater Marina. Our hosts recommend at least an extra half hour to find a spot at the Marina... If one is to be found. The parking code for Thursday is: 3874. This is a one-time daily code that can be used only for June 8th. When you arrive at the marina, you can park at any normally marked spot (no loading zones or 30-minute limit spots). You will need to write down (or memorize) your license plate number, go over to the parking kiosks (the computers throughout the parking lot) and enter the code first, followed by your license plate number. You will insert a debit or credit card and then increase the time to account for parking until 10:00pm (paying for 5 hours would be an easy suggestion). The parking is $1.00 per hour. If the machine is only allowing you to pay for 30 minutes, you missed the first step of entering the daily code, so you will need to start over. Once you are done, you can print a receipt if wanted, but nothing needs to be presented or put back into the car since it's all done by their license plate numbers.

Directions in short: - Park - Go to parking kiosk - Click on "Code" button on bottom left of screen - Enter daily code of 3874 - Enter license plate number - Insert credit/debit card - Use screen to add time to cover parking until at least 10:00pm

Jolley Trolley Transportation will offer complimentary transportation from two locations on Clearwater Beach, where you can park for free, to the Marina. Our partners at the Sheraton Sand Key have offered use of their parking lot to us 1160 Gulf Blvd. which is 5.1 miles away and the parking lot in front of the shops / Publix Super Market at Island Village Shopping Center, 200 Island Estates Drive, which is 1.1 miles away from the Marina.

The South Beach Public Trolleys run appropriately every half hour and depart from the Sheraton Sand Key at 4:56 pm and 5:26 pm. It's approximately a 16-minute ride and will drop off directly at the Marina. The North Beach Trolleys run approximately every 45 minutes and depart from the Publix parking lot at 4:18 pm and 5:03 pm and it’s approximately a 15-minute ride to the Trolley Transit Center, located across the street from the Marina.

These public Trolley services are first-come, first-served, based upon availability. The times mentioned are approximate, give or take several minutes on either side, so please plan accordingly. You can also call Way2Go Rides on 727-424-5458. It is 10.00 per van to get to the Marina from either parking lot.

Options of transportation back to the Sheraton and Publix, after the dinner Cruise: We disembark between 10-10:15 pm. At 10:15 PM, Way2Go Rides will have 3 vans / drivers available for transportation back to the Sheraton Sand Key Parking lot for $5.00 per van. Way2Go Rides is offering at his special price (a 50% discount) to B.A.C.A. attendees on the StarLite Cruise). Please be sure to take care of your drivers, regardless of how you travel. Gratuity: We will be passing a gratuity jar during the cruise as a thank you for our servers, who will be working hard to take care of you, so please be sure to bring something to contribute. We also ask you to take care of your drivers.
